Travelling with allergies

Travelling with allergies can be difficult, especially when there is a language barrier. I have tracked down websites that offer free printable transaction cards or sheets, which translate your allergies into the language of your choice. I have taken screen shots from each of the four websites, with the allergies and languages they cover and what the translation card/sheet will look like, so you can see which one will be best for you.

Under each website I have included the direct link to the website as well as a list of languages and allergies they cover. Please note there are many more websites which offer free and paid translation cards/sheets, these four are just the ones I have chosen to show you, so you can get an idea of the choices on the web.
